The ultra smooth elliptical action operates on a 7kg flywheel and 6-groove poly-V drive belt delivering a great natural action. The ECB Magnetic Brake system offers you 1-16 levels of magnetic resistance to test your strength and endurance. The Athos delivers a fixed 16" stride length. If you prefer a more structured workout you can chose one of the 9 preset workout programs to keep your sessions focused.
The console on the Athos is one of its defining features with its large blue back-lit LCD display screen. The functions and features are all very easy to navigate, making the Athos ideal for all the family. You can simply hop on and go. The Athos features hand grip pulse sensors as well as a built-in telemetric sensor.
