V3000 Vibration Plate
The Merit vertical vibrating plates are designed for acceleration training, one of the simplest ways to improve your stamina, strength and flexibility. They have 5 programmes; manual, upper body, lower body, total body and abdominals. You can also choose three Quick Time Keys with 30, 45 and 60 seconds workouts. Included with each machine are upper body straps, training mat and instruction cards.
The top of the range V3000 offers all the benefits of the V2000 with a larger training surface and is ideal for multi user sites.
All Merit Vibrations plates come with a lifetime frame and two years parts and labour warranty.
